STRETCH AND STAMINA

This class moves at a slower pace with plenty of stretch opportunities! Build strength so you can maintain good back health, great posture, and leave feeling like you just got a massage! You will gain strength, coordination, balance and flexibility. Feel amazing!
JUMP BOARD CARDIO BLAST
BEGINNER'S -INTERMEDIATE WORK
This class will help you burns loads of calories! Feel the sensation of jumping off a trampoline, Reformer Pilates style! You will be jumping off a spring board, while lying on your back...it feels amazing and is so much fun!! Get that cardio blast you crave with all the benefits Reformer Pilates has to offer!
Time to level up! Ready to challenge yourself to the core? You will be moving at a quicker pace, with lots of reps, heavier spring settings and usage of many different pilates props (balls, ring, booty bands, weights, and more!!) Feel the intensity and burn for that ultimate sculpted pilates look!
INTERMEDIATE -ADVANCE WORK
Ready to get your Reformer Pilates burn on?? In this class, you will be working on longer reps (15-20 per exercise), heavier springs, and the use of many of the pilates props such as the Magic Ring! We work toward muscle fatigue, which is great for producing long, lean muscle tone, as opposed to bulky muscle tone!
BALANCE AND FLOW
ALL LEVELS WELCOME
This class offers loads of balance challenges which leads to better posture, improve core strength, increased mobility and coordination! We will be using some of the pilates props including the foam roller! A 10 minute jump board session will be included in the class as well, which is great for a cardio blast and better bone density. All levels are welcome!
BEGINNER'S REFORMER FLOW
ZERO EXPERIENCE-BEGINNER'S WORK
This is for individual new to Reformer Pilates! This is a great class if you have very little experience with pilates. You will learn proper form, pilates breathing, and form! This is a great class to begin your journey!!
INTERMEDIATE -ADVANCE WORK
Enjoy this new Cardio Class offered at Butterfly Studios Pilates! This class offers a High Intensity Interval Training Pilates workout! You will be working in short bursts of intense activity which will effectively work the entire body while using the reformer and all the props! You will burn tons of calories, slowing down the aging process and boost your metabolism!
