How do class packs work?

Class packs are shared credits you can use for any group class. They expire after one year from purchase, so use them at your own pace within that window. Packs can be shared with family members on the same account.

Do class packs expire?

Yes. Class packs expire one year from the date of purchase. The New Client 5-Class Pack expires 2 months from purchase. We want you to feel comfortable using your classes at your own pace within that window.

Can I switch between class types?

Absolutely. All class packs and memberships work for any group class type on the schedule. Reformer Flow, Burn, PB&J, Stretch - try something new every session if you'd like.

What's the difference between class packs and memberships?

Class packs give you a set number of classes with a one-year expiration date - great for flexibility. Memberships give you a monthly class allowance at a lower per-class rate, billed monthly - or go fully unlimited with BSP Unlimited. The BSP Power 12 membership is our best value at $259/mo for 12 classes a month.

What is your refund policy?

If you have a scheduling issue, contact us - we're always happy to work with you. Memberships can be paused with notice.

Where should beginners start?

We recommend the $49 Intro Private Session - 55 minutes one-on-one with an instructor who'll teach you the Reformer foundations and assess your movement. From there, you can jump into group classes with confidence. The $99 New Client 5-Pack is a great next step.
